Contract Management

My experience gives me an understanding of what can happen during the life of an engineering and construction project. This enables me to identify red flags before they turn into delays and cost overruns.

Also, on the strength of a large number of bids made, contracts monitored and addendums obtained, I can recommend ways of improving offers and making them more qualitative and competitive.
